Partnership disputes
A partnership is a company without legal personality, wherein two or more persons or legal entities have joined together. As part of this cooperation a conflict can arise between the members of the partnership. This can have consequences for the continued existence of the partnership, the mutual cooperation and – worst case scenario – the partnership has to be terminated. Therefor it is important that conflicts between partners are resolved quickly, to achieve a long and durable cooperation. That is why it is sensible to make arrangements in the partnership contract on how conflicts between partners should be resolved. Prevention is key.
